I'd say charm is infinitely more important than the raw fundamentals. Fundamentals can be learned. Charm, warmth, humanity, etc cannot be.

@ARok FreQ has a look. I can't think of much else it looks like. I think Amp is easier on the eyes but FreQ is distinctive.
