What is even stranger, is Hamtaro bowing later in the episode isn't cut.
The song when Hamtaro is running is changed into an assortment of "la"s
Maxwell conducting when the others sing was removed. In general, the scene was massively shortened

In both dubs, Stan spinning Bijou was cut. Why, I dunno, ask your mum.
The Basma dub's length is ~15 minutes. Spacetoon dub is ~20.

anyway i was bored so i watched both arabic dubs of episode 14 of Hamtaro. Some things of note:
Stan's owner is cut out for most of the episode, aside from one of Stan's memories, when he was facing away from the camera
