basically this is because I installed TimeDefuser which debombs prerelease operating systems, it happened even with the kernel debugger enabled

i've patched the kernels of my two Windows prerelease operating systems to debomb them using the TimeDefuser 64-bit offline patcher, now they won't crash randomly

apparently if I leave any of my two Windows 8 builds up running for a few or several minutes they'll crash with STOP: 0x00000109 (Modification of system code or a critical data structure was detected.)
